 Delany, Mike (AKA) "Count Dimitri Trotskov, III" Age: mid-30's Species: Drowzee'morph (enlightened) Sex: male Description: Short, roughly 1.4 metres in height, very fat and almost comical in appearance. Somewhat "sleepy-eyed"-looking. Bald, but wears a toupee out of performance. Very good at acting- manages to appear more imposing than he really is. Citrine eyes and green dimante "Goddess markings" on his forehead. A very slow, weak and heavy fighter, weighing in at 210 kg. Background: Once a con-man who used his unnaturally powerful psychic abilities to cheat people, Dimitri now poses as a magician and entertainer, using his past experiences with fraudulence to enhance his performance. On-stage, he uses the drowzee's legendary association with vampirism to make himself and his act more sinister and convincing; having a beautiful golbat'morph assistant helps to add to this. In real life though, Dimitri is a vampire of sorts; a defect which is inherant in many psychic poke'morph makes him unable to enter R.E.M., and he is forced to "eat" the dreams of others to fuel his psychic abilities and keep himself from going insane. Not only is this a source of shame for him, but he often gets sick from "eating" bad dreams as well. Dimitri's poor self-control coupled with a lack of deep forethought have gotten him into endless trouble throughout his life; consequently, he's a tad paranoid, and very streetwise. As well, his reliance on acting has affected his outlook on the world; he tends to see it more as a stage for the drama of life. He considers himself only a minor actor, but is not bothered by it as he understands that the world is full of "one-shot characters" who "strut and fret their hour upon the stage, and then are heard of no more". This philosophy has helped him live with his various misfortunes, and given him a healthy sense of humour.
